Location: Rondo, near the Pet Farm entrance (south of the fountain, behind the Creature Farm building).
Services provided:
- Craft Artifact: Combine Spirit + Artifact Fragment + Rupees to create a random artifact.
- Enhance Artifact: Increase artifact level up to +10 using Enhancement Stones.
- Reroll Artifact: Change the artifact’s bonus type/value using a Soul Shifter.
- Decompose Artifact: Break down an unwanted artifact into Artifact Fragments (partial return).
