Rappelz Marksman Guide 2026 — Stats, Skills & Set Builds

Full +1 Steel Cage set — armor, gloves and boots must all have the Steel Cage skill at level 27+1. The Death Tyrant skill Monarch’s Body pushes gear skill to level 28 — use it before farming sessions.

Full +1 Double Shot set for PvP and single-target situations in Abyss Hard Mode. Swapping between sets based on content is standard Marksman play — keep both sets ready.

Boosts DEX directly — feeds both P.Atk and attack speed via Archer Training. Apply first.

Boosts AGI — feeds Precision via Archer Training. Keep active alongside DEX Spiracle.

HP and survivability. Apply before hard content and PvP.

+15% P.Atk. Direct damage boost — always on before engaging.

+Crit Power + Crit Rate. Stacks directly with Critical Power SoulStones — significant multiplier.

Party buff — apply when grouping. Raises party member stats. Always use in dungeon parties.

Ranged farming skill — fires 10 arrows at a mob in sequence. Takes 6 seconds to complete, start to finish. You cannot move while casting — position carefully before use. The skill can be cancelled early by clicking the normal attack button. Requires the full +1 Steel Cage set to reach effective damage levels.

Reduces incoming damage by a percentage. At level 14+7: 92% damage reduction — effectively makes you very hard to kill while active. Obtainable with a normal +1 generic set and the Death Tyrant skill Monarch’s Body. Spam this constantly — it should always be active.

Available via Fray. Not a Master Class skill — available through an alternative unlock path. Deals damage plus a strong DoT effect. Pair with Double Shot set in PvP for sustained damage alongside burst.

Spam skill for PvP and single-mob situations in Abyss Hard Mode. Use the +1 Double Shot set when switching to this playstyle — the set bonus amplifies the skill significantly.

Keep Essence of Steel active at all times. 92% damage reduction at max level is the reason Marksman can survive content that looks dangerous on paper. It’s a spam skill — there’s no reason it should ever drop. Recast it as soon as it expires.

Position before Steel Cage, not during. Six seconds is a long time to be rooted in place. Pull mobs to a safe position, let them group around you, then cast Steel Cage. If something goes wrong mid-cast, click normal attack to cancel rather than panicking and dying.

Never waste SoulStones on Attack Speed. Normal attacks are useless for Marksman. Attack speed on gear is wasted identification. Your effective attack speed comes entirely from DEX via Archer Training — every SoulStone slot should be DEX or Critical Power, nothing else.

Activate Monarch’s Body before every farming session. The Death Tyrant skill pushes your Steel Cage from level 27+1 to 28 — a meaningful damage increase. Set it on your buff rotation alongside the Spiracles so you never forget it.

Carry both gear sets. Swapping Steel Cage set for farming and Double Shot set for PvP is standard Marksman practice. Keep both equipped in quick-access gear slots — the class plays completely differently in each mode and using the wrong set is a significant DPS loss.
