What is new in the Tournament Atlas?

This Rappelz interactive map adds Tournament-specific tools to the familiar world atlas. You can explore the reference world as before, then use server quests, permanent boss locations, personal timers and a custom panel layout to plan your own play session.

• 145 Tournament quest entries: orange T- versions keep the supplied server rewards separate from the original reference quests. The T- Server quests button above Daily and Weekly opens a compact list. Click it again to close the list, or use Track to bookmark an entry. Search T-, T-Quest, a quest name or a listed reward such as T-Bronze Coins, T-Silver Coins or T-Gold Coins.
• 16 server bosses: find the same fixed bosses from the Monsters browser or the persistent boss list. Mark a kill now, record a previous time, review its history and save your own respawn estimate.
• A personal workspace: resize side panels, reorder the tracking blocks and keep selected daily or weekly quests in a compact list. Completion checks record the date and time.
• Custom markers and timers: choose an icon, colour and name, move a marker to refine its position, and add a timer to a personal boss marker. The focus switch makes labels and markers easier to follow.
• Full atlas backups: export your layout, tracked quests, completion status, personal markers, boss history and preferences together. Add a character name or a note to identify the file.
• Automatic device saving: the atlas remembers your setup in the same browser across ordinary page closures. A storage-protection button asks the browser to reduce automatic cleanup; a downloadable backup remains the way to recover after manually clearing site data.

Additional Tournament touches include the custom dungeon imagery, the weekly GM invasion countdown, selectable mana stone colours, a character-level overlay and grouped pet tiers. These tools support planning; they do not read your live character, confirm a boss spawn or claim your in-game quest rewards.

1. Explore cities, fields and dungeon entrances

Start with the world overview and zoom toward the area you want to explore. Major city labels help you identify places such as Horizon, Rondo, Laksy and Katan. More location names appear as you move closer, keeping the wider view readable. Open Locations to browse cities, surrounding fields and dungeon groups.

Use Reset view to return to the overview. Reset map & filters also restores the standard layer selection. The panel width controls let you give the map more space or make the side panels easier to read. On smaller screens, use the available panel controls to switch between navigation and the map.

2. Find NPCs and follow related records

Search an NPC name or open a city group to browse its listed characters. Nearby NPC groups help when a quest sends you beyond the town itself. Select a record to see its available details and follow related quest links. When a located NPC is selected, its map layer becomes visible so the destination is easier to identify.

City and nearby groupings are navigation aids based on saved positions. They are useful starting points when you know the area but cannot remember the exact character name.

3. Search Tournament quests and their rewards

Orange T- quest entries identify Tournament-specific versions. These appear alongside the original reference quests, allowing you to distinguish server rewards from the general game records. Search for a quest name, enter T- to find server entries, or search a supplied reward such as T-Silver Coins.

The quest panel shows the Tournament rewards and available objectives. T- quests use compact orange bookmarks without completion checkboxes or date rows; their tracked group can be collapsed on either side. Daily and weekly tracking tools let you choose the quests you want to follow instead of keeping an entire checklist open. Completion dates are stored in your browser. 4. Investigate monster loot and spawn areas

Use the Rappelz interactive map to move between an item and its recorded sources. Monster records can show levels, combat information and loot, while item records can reveal associated drop locations. Additional loot entries open in batches to keep long lists manageable.

Dense spawn areas are combined into heat regions instead of drawing thousands of individual markers. Zoom in to narrow the area, then select a heat region to inspect resolved monster records. Clear drop / spawn locations removes the temporary overlay when you are ready to investigate something else. Recorded drops are reference information; Tournament settings may differ.

5. Compare pet taming areas and mana stones

Open a colour-coded pet tier to choose a taming heatmap. Normal is grey, Basic brown, Rare blue, Special purple, Unique yellow and Epic red; Gold Star pets are gold. Soul tiers use the corresponding brown, blue, purple and yellow colours. This helps you compare recorded areas without enabling every pet at once. A heat region indicates a distribution of saved points rather than a promise that a creature will be standing at one exact spot.

Mana stone controls let you show green, blue or red stones independently. Their labels identify the listed spirit point values: green gives one, blue gives three and red gives nine. Toggle collected stones while planning your route, and use the map filters to keep other layers from obscuring the area.

6. Keep server boss notes and event reminders

The Tournament server boss group appears in Monsters and in the persistent boss panel. Select a boss to inspect its location or record a kill with the current date and time. You can save a personal respawn estimate and review previous kills when comparing your observations.

Boss status is your browser-local record, not a live connection to the game server. Respawns can be random, so an expired estimate means it is time to check in game. The weekly GM invasion countdown uses the schedule displayed in the atlas. Check the Discord bonus-events and main events channels for changes before making plans.

7. Save and share personal map markers

Create a personal marker for a meeting point, farming area or boss observation. Choose an icon and colour, add a useful name, and move the marker when you need to adjust its position. Optional timer notes help you remember what happened and when.

Under the backup controls, enter a character name or another useful note, then choose Export full atlas backup. The file name follows RT – Map Atlas (your note) – (date and time).txt. Each export also records its timestamp inside the file, so you can distinguish an earlier farming session from your latest setup.

The backup includes personal markers and their timer history, server boss killed or ready status, respawn estimates, Tournament bookmarks, tracked daily and weekly quests, completion dates, panel widths and order, open tracking panels, selected filters, collected mana stones and the current map view. Keep the file format unchanged so it can be imported again.

Choose Import atlas / markers to restore a file. A full backup shows a summary before you apply it because restoring replaces your current personal setup. You can export the current setup first. Older marker-only text files still import as markers, without replacing your other settings.

The Share button copies the public Rappelz interactive map page address. That address does not include your private marker or boss history. Send a backup file separately only when you want a friend to receive the personal atlas data contained in it.

Will my setup survive closing the page?

Normally, yes. The atlas saves on the same device and browser as you change it, including when you leave the page. Clearing cached images is different from clearing cookies and site data. Deleting site data, using a private browsing session or changing devices can leave you without the previous local save.

Use the device storage-protection button where supported, and keep occasional exports somewhere you control. Storage protection cannot override a deliberate decision to erase site data. This version does not provide account-based cloud synchronization, and a character name in the export field is a file label rather than an account login.

Which information should I rely on?

The atlas combines Rappelz Atlas reference information with Tournament additions. Orange T- quests distinguish the supplied server rewards. If an entry does not list a level or a relationship, the map does not invent one. Follow server announcements and report a specific record name when something needs correcting.

Your checklists and markers belong to the browser where you saved them. Export a full atlas backup before clearing site data. Language flags offer machine translation in supported desktop browsers; English remains the original reference text. Translation availability depends on the browser and language pack.
