Rappelz Cardinal Guide 2026 — DPS Build, Skills & Rotation

Increases your M.Atk by 5% and ignores enemy defense by 10% with your magical skills. Core passive — max it early.

Increases the damage of specific skills and adds +35 overall magic damage.

Increases damage from Arctic Blast and reduces its cooldown timer. Direct synergy with Vortex Magic — both passives stack on Arctic Blast.

When you get attacked, you gain up to 3 stacks for 15 seconds — each stack provides:

Grants you M.Atk +21.2% for 25 seconds. Also lowers the opponent’s M.Atk by 16.2% for 25 seconds. Refresh every 23 seconds — never let this drop.

Heavy AoE damage over time with a slow effect. Cast whenever available — don’t skip it even if mobs are almost dead since it ticks damage after the cast.

Your main grinding skill. Spam this. With proper passive setup and Magical Requisition active, you can easily out-DPS most mage classes at your gear level.

Key rule: Magical Requisition is your highest-priority action — treat its 23-second refresh as a hard timer. Everything else fills around it. Earthquake on cooldown, Rainbow spam in all remaining GCDs.

A DoT that heavily reduces M.Def and P.Def by 30.2% on the target. Apply this to every boss — it benefits the entire party’s damage output, not just yours. Use it as the first thing you cast on a boss pull.

Heavy DoT with a Move Speed -30% effect on the target. Follow Acid Spray with Acid Swamp on every boss encounter for maximum debuff coverage and sustained damage.

Keep Magical Requisition up at all times. This is the single most important habit to build. A dropped buff costs you both your own M.Atk and your debuff on the target — double the loss.

Apply Acid Spray before any DPS cast on a boss. Your debuff increases the whole party’s damage — casting it first is more total DPS than going straight into your own rotation.

Stack Brisk Reprisal before burst phases. If you know you’ll take hits (AoE boss mechanic, PvP opener), let the stacks build before your big damage window to benefit from INT+60 and Move Speed+30.
