Class Overview
Cardinal is the primary healer of the Deva race and the most in-demand class across all content in Rappelz. Every dungeon party, every Crystal Altar guild and every serious progression team needs at least one Cardinal. If you play Cardinal you will never struggle to find a party — you are always the most wanted person in the room.
Primary Stat — WIS and INT
WIS is your primary stat — it increases healing power, MP pool and magical defence. Invest WIS above all other stats. INT is secondary and improves magic damage on your offensive skills and MP regeneration rate. A Cardinal with maxed WIS heals substantially more than one who splits stats. VIT investment is minimal — your job is to stay alive behind your tank, not to absorb hits.

Angel variant for healing power amplification. An Angel pet in your formation at Stage 5+ provides a meaningful bonus to all healing output.
Rabbit for MP recovery rate, Deer for WIS scaling, Angel for healing power. Rabbit is especially useful in long dungeon runs where mana sustain matters more than raw healing power.
Key Tips
Heal the tank first, always. In dungeons your first and primary target for every heal is the Templar. DPS players can use potions in emergencies — the Templar cannot always do the same.
Stay behind the tank. You should never be in melee range of mobs. If you are getting hit, you are out of position. Your range on heal skills is generous — use it.
Watch the entire party HP bars. Do not stare at the floor. Keep your eyes on party HP at all times. Reacting to damage a second late in Abyss Hard Mode is often the difference between a successful run and a wipe.
