Class Overview
Beast Master is the creature powerhouse of the Gaia race — a class that deals significant damage primarily through highly staged pets amplified by powerful class-specific bonuses. While other classes use pets as a supplement, Beast Master’s pets are its main weapon. At Stage 6+ with the right boss cards, a Beast Master’s lead pet can out-damage many players’ personal DPS output.
Primary Stat — STR and INT
Beast Master is one of the few classes that benefits from a split stat build. STR increases your personal physical damage and the physical damage bonus your pets receive from class scaling. INT increases the magical buff skills and the effectiveness of your pet enhancement abilities. The most common build is 50 STR and 50 INT — some players shift this based on whether their primary pet deals physical or magical damage.

White Dragon or Death Tyrant at Stage 7+. Beast Master’s class scaling means your main pet should be pushed as high as possible — the damage multiplier at Stage 7 compared to Stage 5 is dramatically larger for Beast Master than for any other class.
Koala for drop rate farming. Beast Master farms efficiently through pet damage — Koala belt ensures every kill yields maximum drops. At endgame replace with a second pet damage amplification belt pet.
Key Tips
Stage 6 is the first major power spike. Before Stage 6 Beast Master feels average. After Stage 6 with class bonuses applied, your pet damage jumps dramatically. Push toward Stage 6 on your primary pet as the defining early goal.
Pet skills matter more for Beast Master than any other class. Invest in skill books for your primary pet — a Stage 6 pet with maxed skills is substantially stronger than the same pet with no skills. Do not neglect this.
In parties your pet tanks smaller mobs. Beast Master’s high-stage pet can act as an additional off-tank for trash mobs, reducing pressure on the Templar and healer in dungeon runs. Coordinate with your party on positioning.
