Ares Awakening can be unlocked only on items that are identified, they are all at a random chance and only 1 stats will be added to the item part. Every item can only be Ares Final Awaken once, the stats can’t be changed and are locked into the item part, if you want try and get a different stats you must use another item that doesn’t have Ares Awaken on it. Familiarize yourself with the info before the release.

[EXP] Update decided to increase base experience from Abyss lv 180+ monsters and dungeons by 2x

Highest growth potions work up to level 180, as compensation the base experience of many monsters are doubled.

Classes Re-balancing

Live changes are pusht in the background, you may experience tweaks or nerf in buffs, stats, dots and or dmg outputs. A full patch notes for each class and skill changes describing tweaks and or nerfs will be released once all classes has been re-balanced

Holy Ground Re-Work [Testing Phase]

To increase damage output of Templar skills Holy Ground skills now reduces monster P+M.Def by % instead of fixed value, the total stack increased from 3 to 5 reducing monster/player P+M.Def by -10%

Heavens Madness delay casting removed preventing from skill lock during fight

Vulcanus / Lava equipment: the update introduced custom Vulcanus decorative equipment with set effects, on-hit skill effects and random stats including Critical Power. The set consisted of Lava Helmet, Armor, Gloves, Boots, 2H Weapon or 1H Weapon + Shield, and Lava Wings. Materials from the Vulcanus dungeon could be exchanged with Hector in Horizon or Laksy.

Power of the Gods: while hunting monsters, characters could temporarily receive Hephaestus Godly Armor, Ares Immense Power or Artemis Grace. If Grace was already active, the system could apply Everlasting Love to increase item drop rate instead.

Leveling and farming changes: the Daily EXP & DROP buff cooldown was reduced by 50%, global monster spawns were reworked, and most bosses were changed from a 10-minute respawn to 10 seconds, with Underground and Circus bosses excluded because of T-Coin quest rewards. Abyss drop populations and Styx respawns were also adjusted.

Pet-card and Treasure Koala changes: drop rates were increased for Death Gladiator, Ethereal/Forest/Wind Pixie, Crystal Golem, Bloodthirsty Slaughterer, Grandmaster Hector and Crystal Spider cards. Treasure Koala, Event Chests and EXP Pixies could spawn while actively hunting in custom Level 150+ maps; EXP Pixie maximum spawns were increased and Treasure Koala frequency was raised.

Global Monster Hunt: field and dungeon kills contributed toward weekly server-wide goals. Reaching successive thresholds activated stackable global buffs, with progress and activated buffs resetting weekly.

Lak storage redesign: Lak storage moved away from necklaces and into bags / Boss Crystals. The archived patch listed fixed storage from 100k Lak on the Trainee’s Bag up to 950k on the Mythical Calamity Boss Crystal.

Death Match and endgame: Free Death Match gained mixed monster groups with faster respawns and remained an always-on PvP zone. A reworked Level 200+ Moonlight Underground EXP instance was added, while Treasury of Spirits remained Level 205+ and received Boss Crystal/drop/spawn adjustments.

Ares Final Awakening: the Vulcanus release also documented the random ranked Ares Awakening system. Identified items could receive one locked random awakening stat, with special Mythical/Legendary/Epic/Rare effects depending on the item slot.

GM systems: the update reworked the Katan Monster & Boss Spawn event, added an in-game GM Events NPC and expanded TGM permissions for temporary server events and Horizon Lake boss spawning.

Level cap & Advanced Reborn: Ares raised the cap to Level 230, unlocked Level 220/230 reward boxes and opened Advanced Reborn ranks 21–30 at Level 230 through the Trial Guardian.

Base Final Awakening: the release introduced a free Base Final Awakening path for eligible +20 to +25 identified gear, with slot-specific fixed bonuses such as HP/MP on armor, Attack/Cast Speed on gloves, All Stats on boots, attack on main-hand weapons, accuracy on off-hand items and defense on belts.

Ranked weapons: Rare, Epic, Legendary and Mythical player/pet weapons were introduced at Levels 190, 200, 215 and 225 with rank-based stats, item effects and class/pet-skill definition systems.

Treasury of Spirits: the Ares source documents Treasury as Level 205+ content requiring Dungeon Entry 1 Ticket, with a one-hour entry buff and additional pass drops from Sausan monsters inside.

Hephaestus Forging Hammer & Book of Seven Seals: the update expanded custom upgrading for Nusylite, Red/Blue Dragon and Guardian armor plus selected accessories such as Kraken Earring, Cruel Tula Ring, Kainen Necklace and Fury Pet Rings. The original update warns that using the Hammer or Book could remove Soul Stones and rolled awakening stats. The Book could not be used on helmets.

Blessed Power of Change: upgraded armor and accessories could be further defined with custom random stats, class skills or pet-related bonuses. Players could re-seal eligible upgraded items to try for different rolls.

New item systems: the patch added Yushiva’s accessory set, new Boss Cards, +21 through +25 / Perfect Enchantment Transfer Scrolls, Hector’s Shredder for de-combining high-enchant gear, Diamond Quiver and Powerful Pet Artifacts that could unlock stronger pet stats and +1 Pet Skill.

Pet progression: the pet level cap was adjusted beyond Level 170 and new pet-EXP items were introduced. The previous paid pet-level service was removed in favor of normal progression and pet EXP boosters.

Cloaks, wings, mounts and deco: Black, White and Sand Dragon’s Cloaks of Devildom, animated Aluc wings, Okami/camel/unicorn/sheep mounts, deco shields and random-stat deco sets were introduced or expanded.

Quests and titles: the release added T-Silver/T-Gold challenge quests and titles including Abyss Conqueror (+50 Critical Power in the archived source), Meet Me at Death Match, Reaper and World Boss Challenger.

Reborn and enhancement: Reborn was expanded to a maximum of 20 at the time, with Hephaestus Hammer and Devildom Cloak rewards added. The update also introduced a historical +25 weapon-enchantment NPC option for 100 T-Gold; this is retained only as an old patch value.

Abyss / QoL / balance: Abyss Challenge Floor 4 was added, NPC menus were reworked, PvP damage and durability were adjusted, many visual/item bugs were fixed, and a large class-balance pass changed AoE ranges, damage, cooldowns and passives across Deadeye, Mercenary, War Kahuna, Oracle, Corruptor, Void Mage, Slayer, Berserker, Magus, Marksman, Templar, Cardinal, Overlord and pet classes.

Beginner Ergon Crator set: new characters received the Beginner Ergon Crator Armor Set and Belt, while existing characters could obtain it once through the Trial Guardian in Horizon. The source describes the set as an introduction to equipment-based skill bonuses.

New 9.6+ pets and taming areas: Death Gladiator was added around Horizon Arena / Abyss Challenge 2; Wind, Forest and Ethereal Pixies near Laksy’s Blue Pixies; Crystal Golem, Slaughterer, Hector and Ice Spider in Remains of the Ancients; and Liquidlust in Dragon Nest.

Empty pet cards: the new cards were added to Abyss Challenge Floors 1–4. Additional documented taming sources included Tower of Time / GM boss spawns for several creatures and Green TP Mana Stone / Arena sources for the new Pixies.

Boss Cards: the release listed Yushiva, Ent, Cruel Tula, Lion, Barga, Kraken, Wooden Devil, Devil Slaughterer, Stone Gargoyle, Magma Golem, Crazy Hagen and Devil Reviac cards through Reborn rewards, T-Gold NPC, Golden Spins or boss drops.

Pet and dungeon changes: pet and monster animation issues were addressed, Abyss 3 spawn groups were adjusted, dungeon monster pull range was increased, extra ROA bosses were added, and multiple new pets received updated 9.6 passive/active skills and dual unity support.

Normal pet versions: the update removed the new pets’ Soul-type taming result and used normal versions with increased stats; older Soul versions could be used as staging material while the Soul system was being reworked.

Rule note: this update explicitly states that using third-party tools to AFK level or farm could result in a permanent ban, corroborating the historical anti-bot / anti-macro server rules.

For current pet mechanics, use the Pet System Guide rather than treating every 2020 value here as current.

You Pet must be past second evo lv 116 atleast to be able to level the pet through the NPC.
To be able to level the pet you must exchange x amount of JP for every level difference between player and pet.
The Pet will level max -5 Characters level, so you wil stil get exp while using the pet.

All pets before maintenance that had level 300 and tons of exp cause of the bug, are reverted back to level 170/171.
A Test file is added to the manual patch to see if Pets get exp past level 171+ while hunting in Abyss challenge or bosses.

Foundation update: Exodus expanded Horizon, field props, bosses, Titans, World Bosses, NPC options, reward boxes, warp gates, custom items, drops, taming/staging rates and client/map performance. It also introduced or expanded many systems that later major updates built on.

Level rewards & events: Level Up Reward Boxes were added through the then-current Level 220 progression, alongside GM event reward chests, login/screenshot/video events and the 2019 Halloween event.

Horizon & travel: Horizon received a substantial visual/NPC overhaul. New warp gates connected to World Styx, Layer Dungeon and other development areas; Death Match (Free) was also added as a teleporter option.

Referral and economy systems: the release added a forum referral system with monthly T-Gold / token rewards, Referral Pass bonuses, expanded T-Coin / Spin & Win trading, Premium Pass durations and Golden Spin rewards. All prices and reward amounts in the old release should be treated as historical.

Technical work: the patch records fixes for dungeon floors, teleports, world map crashes, weapon/monster rendering, pet skills, reward drops, Arena/Death Match, map loading, duplicated assets and multiple game-server/client errors.

To make PvP work and to prevent some classes being OP compared to all other classes.

Arena Duel/Pk Resolved.
Reverted Magic Artifact back to 40%.
Added level Requirement to warp locations.

Removed option to trade tokens for Swimsuit Decorations.
Clay boxes now available through Event NPC

Gold ingots were to easy to obtain so we decided to change the following.

We removed to trade JP for Gold ingots, and reduced the amount of gold ingots rewards from Tokens.
Jp to Gold ingot trader changed to Jp to Wcoins trader, to be able to buy armor part awakening stones.

We have decided to remove the rules for Pking, as i’ve mentioned before in discord, we will be pushing the server towards a PVP – Pk Free server. As a high rate server obtaining decent level/reborns and fully become end gear, with or without donations made players bored farming 24/7, with the PK punishment rules setup. Enabling back PK mode and removing the rules of punishment will keep these players in our server, but this is not all… Our next focus will be class balancing, to make every class worth playing, so your feedback is important to us!

Item Dura

To prevent items from breaking the following measures have been taken.
All items durability is reduced below 1.000 Dura.
This wil prevent the Repair all button from breaking items, that exceeded the amount of repair points in the chargestone.

Use Master hammers, remotly repair scrolls from lost child and town blacksmiths to repair dura and items.

Improvement of following items!

Jolly Cloak = Old +2% All stats = New 4% All stats!
Golden Cloak = Old +25 All stats 10 Crit Power = New +50 All stats +20 Crit Power!
Dark deco Weapons = Old +1/2% all stats +1/2 Slots = New +2/4% All stats +2/4 Slots!

Upcoming Dragon Weapon Skins!

Had to decide to create new weapons, or just skins to make it fair for the people, who have already donated for +25 Weapons!

The Dragon Weapon skins, wil be like the Dark Weapon deco item we have ingame, this wil equip as a deco food at the right section of your gear with same stats.

Hopefully with the following changes, disconnections will be much less!

To prevent players from dcing in server boss events and fighting Titans(Bosses) because of skill graphics that become also huge on casting, we have to take action to solve this issue.
Titan/Arena Bosses size/scale reduced changed name into = Old Titan Yakros = New Boss Yakros
Tip!

Remember playing on Wifi network isn’t stable enough to prevent you from dcing, so use a network cable instead!
If you can’t use cable, try to buy a router with the newest mu-mimo technology, this is recommended on playing games on wifi!
Or try to disable background services, FAQ list for more info. Live scanners and background updating programs wil drain your bandwidth that cause your game to disconnect.

Additional information related to monster drops.

To prevent players from using automated scripts/bots to gain huge advantage from regular players like on the old tournament. We decided to delete the drops from new maps, And upcoming monsters/bosses. We are planning to make the questing system more interesting to gain the amount of gold/points and T-Coins to trade for exclusive items. This way it would be fair for all players. And make the current bots and automated scripts useless to use on this server. Items that we release will be directly available in our custom NPC for a decent amount of gold/gen points or T- coins.

Existing Weapons & Armors Upgrade

After some reports I’ve been looking and comparing weapons and armors. I was surprised to see Bestial(Feral) gear that had so much difference in stats between circus/blue eyed weapons and bone armor/PW gear. So people were still using Lv 150 set at much higher levels. So I’ve decided to start increasing the stats from bestial and above. I’ve uploaded 2 pictures to give you more details about the enchantments above +20/21/22/23/24/25. I’ve also added a fixed atk/def on each item to make them more interesting to enchant..
