Rappelz Hephaestus Hammer Guide — How Hammering Works
The Hephaestus Forging Hammer is a custom Tournament upgrade material used on eligible armor parts and selected accessories. The recovered release describes upgraded armor/accessory screenshots as random stat examples, so this guide does not turn those preview rolls into guaranteed fixed bonuses.
For armor, the archived Crafting & Trading guide gives the core sequence: use the Hephaestus Hammer on an eligible permanent armor part, then use the appropriate [Class] Blessed Power of Change Armor to unlock hidden stats and class-skill effects. If the resulting roll is not desirable, eligible upgraded equipment can be re-sealed and tried again.

Reborn Reward Exchange
The Hephaestus update explicitly added the Hephaestus Forging Hammer for 1 Reborn Token. This is one of the strongest source-backed acquisition methods.
T-Coin Trader
The old Tournament crafting article says Hammers could be obtained by farming/buying T-Gold and exchanging it through the T-Coin Trader in Horizon or Laksy. Archived Item Shop data lists a Hammer value of 50 T-Gold.
Golden Spin
The original Hephaestus release lists Hephaestus Forging Hammers among the exclusive Golden Spin reward pool. This is source-backed; the previous page’s GM Boss Spawn Hammer-drop claim was not.
Rappelz Hephaestus Hammer Guide — Blessed Power of Change
After an eligible armor part is upgraded, the Tournament crafting source instructs players to use a class-specific Blessed Power of Change Armor to unlock hidden stats and class-skill effects. The original Hephaestus patch also describes the displayed upgraded stats as random examples rather than guaranteed fixed rolls.
That distinction matters: the previous page published a fixed progression of +10% Nusylite, +15% Dragon and +25% Guardian as if every set had those guaranteed all-stat bonuses. The recovered 2020 source does not establish that fixed ladder, so it has been removed.
Rappelz Hephaestus Hammer Guide — Book of Seven Seals
The Book of Seven Seals re-seals eligible upgraded equipment so players can attempt different random stats/skill outcomes. The Hephaestus source explicitly lists armor/accessories that can be re-sealed and states that the Book cannot be used on helmets.
The archived Item Shop spreadsheet lists the Book at 25 T-Gold. The previous page showed 10 T-Gold; that has been corrected. Because shop pricing can change, treat 25 as the archived sheet value and verify the live NPC before publishing it as a permanent price.
Rappelz Hephaestus Hammer Guide — Accessories & Pet Artifacts
The system was not limited to armor. The original release lists Kraken Earring, Cruel Tula Ring, Kainen Necklace and Fury’s Pet Rings S1/S2 among Hephaestus-compatible accessories.
The update also introduced Powerful Pet Artifacts. Those use a related but distinct flow: a Hephaestus Power of Change Artifact unlocks pet stats and a pet skill, while a Scroll of Restraint: Artifact can re-seal the artifact. Later Hephaestus patch material also lists Powerful Pet Artifacts among items that could be re-sealed.
Keeping this separate from armor BPOC avoids the old page’s mistake of treating every Hephaestus-era item as if it used one identical hammering workflow.

Can I Hammer helmets?
The archived Tournament crafting/FAQ material excludes helmets from the described armor Hammer route. The original Hephaestus patch also explicitly says the Book of Seven Seals cannot be used on helmets.
Does Hammering wipe existing upgrades?
The original patch specifically warns about losing Soul Stones and rolled awakening stats when using the Hammer or Book on affected equipment.
Can I Hammer timed Nusylite?
The archived crafting guide says the BPOC upgrade route does not work on timed Nusylite equipment.
What does a Hammer cost?
The archived shop sheet lists 50 T-Gold, while the Reborn system offered one Hammer for one Reborn Token. Verify current live shop pricing in-game.
What does the Book cost?
The archived shop sheet lists 25 T-Gold. The old page’s 10 T-Gold value was inconsistent with the recovered sheet.
Are the +10% / +15% / +25% set bonuses guaranteed?
Not from the recovered 2020 Hephaestus source. It says displayed upgraded stats are random examples, so this guide does not publish that fixed ladder as fact.
