Complete Deadeye guide for Rappelz 2026 — stat build, skill priorities, best pets, gear progression and playstyle tips for Rappelz Tournament Epic 9.6.
Class Overview
Deadeye is the long-range precision marksman of the Asura race — a class that deals high single-target damage from a safe distance and maintains good survivability through kiting. One of the most balanced classes in Rappelz, performing well in both solo farming and group content without the glass-cannon fragility of Void Mage.
Primary Stat — DEX and STR
DEX is your primary stat — it increases ranged attack speed, critical hit rate and physical dodge. STR is secondary, increasing your base physical attack damage. The balance is approximately 60 DEX to 40 STR at most gear levels, though players who prefer more burst over sustained DPS can push STR higher. VIT investment is minimal — Deadeye relies on range and mobility for survival rather than raw HP.
Core Skills
Best Pets
Wind Falcon or equivalent ranged support pet. Pets that provide attack speed bonuses or ranged damage amplification are highest priority. Stage 5+ pets noticeably improve Deadeye burst windows.
Wolf variant for attack speed, Koala for drop rate farming. Attack speed belt pets increase how fast Rapid Fire and Arrow Rain cycle — a meaningful DPS improvement at higher stages.
Key Tips
Maintain maximum range at all times. Deadeye’s safety comes from distance. If a mob reaches melee range you lose the dodge advantage from DEX and take full physical damage. Kite constantly.
Lead with Snipe in PvP. In Crystal Altar and open-world PK the opening Snipe hit sets the tempo. If Snipe crits the fight is often already decided before the target can respond.
Arrow Rain pulls — use carefully in parties. Arrow Rain has a large AoE radius and can pull additional mob packs if aimed carelessly. Communicate with your tank before using it in tight dungeon corridors.
