Rappelz Crafting Guide — How to Start
The archived Tournament crafting article gives a simple starting point: open your inventory’s Enhance or Combine window and use the built-in formula list to see available recipes. That is safer than relying on a static recipe list because Tournament has accumulated custom items and patch-specific formulas over many years.
The old guide also suggests beginning with basic consumables or equipment before moving into custom endgame systems. The current source set does not independently verify the previous page’s exact potion recipes, Soul Stone conversion ratios or universal 100% combination-success claims, so those have been removed rather than presented as facts.
Rappelz Crafting Guide — Hephaestus Forging Hammer
The Hephaestus Forging Hammer is the best documented custom crafting system in the recovered sources. The archived crafting guide says Hammers could be obtained through Reborn reward tokens or exchanged through the T-Coin system, then used on eligible armor such as Nusylite, Red Dragon, Blue Dragon and Guardian pieces.
Supported armor families
Nusylite Armor, Red & Blue Dragon Armor and Guardian Armor are explicitly listed in the Hephaestus source. The old crafting article notes that helmets are excluded from the Hammer flow it describes.
Random upgraded stats
The original patch calls its examples random previews. Do not assume a screenshot’s roll is guaranteed. The purpose of the system is to open stronger custom stats and set-bonus potential.
Timed equipment caveat
The old crafting article says its Blessed Power of Change upgrade route does not work on timed Nusylite equipment.
Rappelz Crafting Guide — Blessed Power of Change
After an eligible Hephaestus upgrade, the archived crafting guide instructs players to use the appropriate [Class] Blessed Power of Change Armor to unlock hidden stats and class-skill bonuses. This is one of the central custom equipment-definition systems on Tournament.
If the resulting random stats or +1 class-skill result are not what you want, the old guide describes using the Book of Seven Seals to re-seal eligible equipment and try again. The Hephaestus update separately states that the Book cannot be used on helmets.
Rappelz Crafting Guide — Accessories & Yushiva Set
Hephaestus also expanded accessory upgrading. The original patch explicitly lists Kraken Earring, Cruel Tula Ring, Kainen Necklace and Fury’s Pet Rings S1/S2 among eligible custom accessory targets. It additionally introduced the Yushiva accessory progression, including Yushiva belts, necklace, earring and the custom Yushiva’s Diamond Ring used to complete the set.
The previous 2026 page described an Epic 9.10 Rank 8 Alcatraz ring/necklace crafting system and called it best-in-slot. That is not Tournament content and has been removed.
Rappelz Crafting Guide — Powerful Pet Artifacts
The Hephaestus update added Powerful Pet Artifacts. The historical source says a Hephaestus Power of Change Artifact could unlock stronger pet stats plus a Pet Skill, while eligible artifacts could be re-sealed with a Scroll of Restraint: Artifact.
Later Hephaestus patch material also records a shop option for retrying Powerful Pet Artifact Melee/Magic stats. Because shop prices and availability can change, the current guide focuses on the mechanic rather than copying an old price.
Rappelz Crafting Guide — Transfer Scrolls & Hector’s Shredder
Final Enchantment Transfer Scrolls
The Hephaestus release lists +21, +22, +23, +24, +25 and Perfect transfer scrolls for moving an equipment enchantment/level to another eligible item.
Hector’s Shredder
Hector’s Shredder was introduced to de-combine existing +25 equipment or obtain lower high-enchant gear such as +24 and +23 pieces. Later patch notes expanded Shredder support to shields and Magic Shields.

The recovered cloak guide gives exact upgrade steps for the custom Dragon Cloaks of Devildom. These are much better source-backed crafting examples than the removed Alcatraz material.

The cloak source identifies Battlefield of the Ancients and Level 195+ Abyss Hard Mode as historical Dark Cube [Red] sources.
Rappelz Crafting Guide — Vulcanus / Lava Equipment
The 2022 Vulcanus update confirms a custom Lava/Vulcanus set consisting of Lava Helmet, Armor, Gloves, Boots, 2H Weapon or 1H Weapon + Shield, and Lava Wings. It also confirms that materials obtained from the Vulcanus dungeon are exchanged with Hector in Horizon or Laksy.
Rappelz Crafting Guide — Trading & Auction House
The old Crafting & Trading article also covered turning crafted or upgraded items into currency. Its advice is straightforward: compare listings before setting a price, use the Auction Broker for listings and bids, and use the normal player trade window for direct trades.
For direct trading, target the player, open the player menu and choose Request Trade. Add tradeable items/materials and Rupees to the trade window, review both sides carefully, then use the final confirmation. Market values change constantly, so the old article’s strongest advice still applies: check current prices rather than relying on static profit percentages.
