Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Guide 2026 — Ranked Weapons & Ares Awakening
This Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Guide combines an interactive weapon-path finder with the endgame progression reference: ranked weapon tiers, Advanced BPOC Weapon, Treasury materials, Base Final Awakening, Ares random awakening and the systems used to prepare high-end weapons.
Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Guide — Quick Navigation
Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Guide — Ranked Weapon Progression
The Ares system introduced a clear ranked weapon ladder. The recovered Tournament source documents Rare, Epic, Legendary and Mythical weapons at Levels 190, 200, 215 and 225. These ranked items are part of the endgame progression path and can also be equipped on pets.
| Rank | Documented level | Progression role |
|---|---|---|
| Rare | 190 | Entry ranked weapon tier. |
| Epic | 200 | Higher ranked progression. |
| Legendary | 215 | Late-endgame ranked weapon. |
| Mythical | 225 | Top documented ranked tier in the recovered Ares material. |
Interactive Ranked Weapon Tool
Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Path Finder
Choose your current ranked weapon state and target to see the documented preparation path, required progression layers and relevant Treasury/Ares materials before you continue into the deeper system explanations below.
Ranked Weapon Upgrade Path Finder
Plan the documented path from a ranked weapon through identification, +20 to +25 preparation, Base Final Awakening and the separate Ares random-awakening layer.
Documented weapon progression layers
Rare Lv190 → Epic Lv200 → Legendary Lv215 → Mythical Lv225.
Level 205+ source for ranked weapons, Advanced BPOC and other recovered Ares-era materials.
Free fixed-stat layer in the original Ares source for supported identified +20 through +25 equipment.
The recovered pre-release source listed 50 T-Gold Coins. This is not treated as the current 2026 price.
Build context
The class build provides context only. It does not silently change your weapon rarity, enhancement, identification or awakening state.
Your weapon now
Your next goal
Choose the same rarity to keep preparing your current weapon. Choosing another rarity starts a plan for a separate ranked weapon.
Your upgrade path
Documented Base Final Awakening ceilings
These are documented ceilings from the source-rechecked guide, not guaranteed values for every item or enhancement level. The original source explicitly excludes the helmet.
What carries over or resets?
When the target rarity changes, this finder treats it as a separate weapon. It does not carry enhancement, identified stats or awakenings over from your current item. A verified conversion or transfer recipe would be needed to claim otherwise.
The current source does not establish Book of Seven Seals as an Ares weapon reset method. No reset button, reroll probability or automatic preservation rule is included.
What is deliberately not guessed?
Exact enhancement success rates, generic +25 guarantees, Advanced BPOC consumption, Ares Token consumption, current Ares price, reroll behavior and weapon-destruction claims are not filled in when the checked source does not prove them.
For pet weapons, the 25% / 50% / 75% / 100% rarity figures are kept only as the documented chances for additional custom pet skills. They are not treated as universal identification success rates.
Sources and scope
This tool follows the source-rechecked Weapon Upgrade Guide, Ranked Items Guide and recovered Ares material. They document Rare 190, Epic 200, Legendary 215 and Mythical 225 weapon tiers, Treasury materials and Base Final Awakening for supported identified +20 to +25 equipment.
The path is an editorial preparation checklist, not an enforced sequence of game actions. Your entered quantities remain estimates and should be checked against the live item/NPC before spending.
Why enhancement is a separate guide
The Weapon Path Finder owns ranked-weapon identification and awakening progression. Generic +1 to +25 enhancement mechanics, Invar/Amalgam history and transfer systems stay on the Gear Enhancement Guide to avoid duplicated or conflicting rules.
Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Guide — Advanced BPOC Weapon
Advanced BPOC Weapon is part of the ranked-weapon identification path. The recovered Ares material describes rank-based additional stats, class-skill results and legendary effects on ranked weapons.
This is separate from ordinary +number enhancement. A weapon can be highly enchanted while still having separate identification and awakening layers to progress.
Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Guide — Treasury of Spirits Materials
Treasury of Spirits is documented as a Level 205+ endgame source for weapon-upgrade materials and ranked equipment.
Advanced BPOC Weapon
Used in the ranked weapon identification and progression path.
Advanced Rank 7 Invar & Amalgam
Recovered Ares drops include advanced enhancement materials used in late-endgame equipment progression.
Advanced Weapon Shards
The patch documents advanced P.Atk and M.Atk weapon shards among Treasury materials.
Ranked Weapons
Treasury is also a source of ranked weapon progression items themselves.
Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Guide — Base Final Awakening
The original Ares patch describes Base Final Awakening as free and intended to make progression easier. Supported identified equipment at +20, +21, +22, +23, +24 or +25 can receive the fixed Base Final Awakening layer. The original source explicitly excludes the helmet.
| Item part | Documented Base Final Awakening ceiling |
|---|---|
| Armor | Up to +6,000 Max HP/MP |
| Gloves | Up to +6% Attack/Cast Speed |
| Boots | Up to +120 All Stats |
| Main hand | Up to +3,000 P.Atk/M.Atk |
| Second hand | Up to +300 Accuracy/M.Accuracy |
| Belt | Up to +3,000 P.Def/M.Def |
For this weapon-focused page, the main-hand and second-hand bonuses are the most relevant parts. The broader table is retained only to explain how the weapon slots fit into the Base Final Awakening system.
Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Guide — Ares Random Awakening
Ares Random Stats Awakening is separate from Base Final Awakening. The supplied original Ares material lists an Ares Awakening Token at a pre-release cost of 50 T-Gold Coins and describes it as the item used to unlock random Ares awakening stats.
Base Final Awakening
Free fixed-stat progression documented for supported +20 through +25 identified gear.
Ares Random Awakening
Token-driven random-stat layer on top of prepared equipment.
Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Guide — Weapon Enhancement Requirements
Weapons must be properly enhanced before several endgame weapon systems become relevant. This page deliberately does not duplicate generic +1 to +25 success rules, Invar/Amalgam history, transfer-scroll tables or cloak enhancement.
For complete enhancement mechanics, use the Rappelz Gear Enhancement Guide. That page owns the general enhancement query; this page owns what happens after or alongside that process for ranked and Ares weapons.
Rappelz Weapon Upgrade Guide — Claims Removed or Kept Separate
Generic +25 Success Claim
A later current-site page claims a 2025 change to 100% success through +25. The supplied 2022 Ares sources do not prove that later rule, so this page no longer uses it as a core ranking signal.
Book of Seven Seals Reset
The supplied Ares patch does not document Book of Seven Seals as the reset method for Ares weapon awakening.
Awakening Destroys Gear
The original Ares material does not document weapon destruction from Ares awakening, so that claim is removed.
Generic Enhancement Tables
Success rates and general gear-enchanting instructions belong on the Gear Enhancement Guide to avoid keyword cannibalization.
