These Rappelz Game Rules summarize the Tournament rules recovered from website/forum material and administrative guidance. When a current staff announcement conflicts with an older archived rule, the current staff rule takes priority.
Rappelz Game Rules — General Rules
Respect Players & Staff
Targeted harassment, abusive conduct and deliberate disruption of the community are not acceptable.
Global Chat Language
The recovered Tournament rules specify English for Global Chat so the shared public channel remains understandable to staff and the wider community.
No Bots, Exploit Scripts or Automation
Automated bots, exploit tools and prohibited scripts are forbidden. Multi-client use does not make automation acceptable.
No Competing-Server Promotion
Archived Tournament rules list advertising another private server as a serious offense.
Character Names
Offensive or deliberately inappropriate names can be required to change and may lead to moderation if ignored.
PK Rules

No Harassment or Discrimination
Do not target players with repeated abuse, discriminatory language or harassment.

Feedback Without Abuse
Bug reports and criticism are allowed; personal attacks and disruptive spam are not.
No Scamming
The recovered rules treat repeated scams as a serious offense that can lead to a permanent ban.
AFK, Multi-Client & Automation
The recovered rules distinguish legitimate multi-client play from prohibited automatic gameplay.
Multi-Client
Recovered Tournament rules allow multi-client use. They do not establish a fixed universal client limit in the material this page is based on.
AFK Macros / Bots
AFK play that depends on automated macros, bots or scripts is prohibited.
Normal Idle Time
Being away from the keyboard by itself is not the same thing as using automation. The violation is automated gameplay.
When Unsure
Ask staff on Discord before using any external program or automation-related feature that could affect gameplay.
Trading & Player Safety
Scamming
Do not deceive players in trades or deliberately take items/currency through fraudulent arrangements.
Real-Money Trading
The recovered rule material is not consistent enough to publish a new blanket RMT rule here. Check the current Game Rules/Discord announcement before any account, item or currency transaction outside normal in-game systems.
Account Security
Never share your password. Staff should not need your current password to provide support.
Evidence
Keep screenshots or other clear evidence when reporting a trade dispute or scam.
GM Event Conduct
No Event Interference
Archived Tournament rules prohibit PK during GM-hosted events and disruptive behavior that prevents others from participating.
Follow GM Instructions
Event-specific instructions can override the normal behavior expected in a regular map or boss area.
Reporting Rule Violations
1. Capture Evidence
Take clear screenshots or video showing the relevant names, conversation and action.
2. Contact Staff
Use official Discord support or another current official support channel.
3. Explain the Context
Include when and where it happened and what rule you believe was violated. Do not publicly expose sensitive account information.
Ban Policy & Penalties
Archived rule versions mention temporary bans such as 1, 3 or 7 days and permanent bans for serious/repeated offenses. This page does not guarantee an automatic penalty ladder because current staff can evaluate severity, evidence and the rule version in force.
Current enforcement wins: if Discord, an in-game notice or a current staff announcement publishes a newer rule or penalty, follow the newer rule.

Is PK allowed?
Generally yes, but archived rules restrict PK against players actively leveling and during GM events. Boss spots can have different allowances. Follow current staff guidance.
Is multi-client allowed?
The recovered rules allow multi-client use. Bots, scripts and automated macros remain prohibited.
Can I be banned for being AFK?
AFK status itself is not the same as automation. Using prohibited automated gameplay while AFK is the problem described in the recovered rules.
How do I appeal or question a punishment?
Contact staff privately through the official Discord/support channel and provide the relevant account/character information without sharing your password.
