Role

Oracle is the Deva’s advanced healer — a step up from Cardinal in healing depth, MP sustainability and party buff quality. Where Cardinal is the fastest to pick up, Oracle rewards players who invest in learning its two skill trees. Spammable AoE heals, near-infinite mana through passive recovery, the highest-level mass toggle buffs in the game and a unique DD support path through Radiant Flare make Oracle irreplaceable in serious group content. It is not a strong PvP class — but in dungeons and boss hunts, a well-played Oracle is one of the most valuable players in the raid.

Two Build Paths

⚡ Build 1 — Healer + DD Support

For maximum healing and damage dealing. Use Radiant Flare on bosses while healing the tank — the DoT reduces target M.Def by 10%, which combined with the Ashmaw boss card gives 40% M.Def reduction total, significantly speeding up boss kills for the whole party.

📊 Gear: M.Atk / M.Acc dura
💎 Stones: 50% INT / 50% M.Atk + M.Acc
🐙 Belt: 2x INT/M.Atk pets + 4x Siren
🃏 Boss Card: Ashmaw

Requires 3 TPs invested in the middle/second path of the Oracle skill tree.

💧 Build 2 — Pure Healer

For maximum healing and MP recovery. Never worry about mana. Can almost match Cardinal’s healing output while having far greater MP regeneration. Oracle does not have a strong damage skill like Cardinal’s Arctic Blast, so DD is not the focus here.

📊 Gear: M.Atk / M.Acc or Cast Speed dura
💎 Stones: 50% INT / 50% WIS
🐙 Belt: 2x INT/M.Atk + 1–2x Ifrit (or DrillBot T6) + Sirens
🃏 Boss Card: Likirus or Ultimate Witch

Requires TPs invested in the left/first skill tree for higher-level healing skills.

Core Skills

Skill Type Notes
Radiant FlareDoT / M.Def DebuffDeals damage every 1 second for 16 seconds. Reduces target M.Def by 10%. With Ashmaw boss card = 40% M.Def reduction total. Core for Build 1.
Mass RepentanceSpammable AoE5-hit AoE skill dealing damage per tick to unlimited enemies. Best for farming in Ursa Caverns and MC trials where mobs hit hard but die fast.
Hymn of FocusParty BuffBuffs party accuracy and attack speed. Excellent in ROA parties. Also boosts Oracle’s own evasion — useful for tanking situations.
Holy ProtectionHealingCore healing skill. Oracle’s healing toolkit is broader than Cardinal’s — Touch of Goddess and upgraded Restoration skills outperform Cardinal’s Minor Restoration.
Heavenly GraceMP SustainReduces MP usage per cast by 15% per level. Combined with Saint Charge passive, Oracle’s mana becomes very hard to deplete — a key advantage over Cardinal.
Heaven and HellRandom BuffVariable P.Atk/M.Atk/Attack Speed/Cast Speed buff — effect varies per cast (+20%, +10% or negative values). Use situationally.
Mass RepentanceDPS-orientedFor DPS-oriented Oracles, Mass Repentance while buffing with Hymn of Focus in ROA parties provides a good balance of support and personal damage output.

Key Tips

Apply Radiant Flare immediately on boss pulls (Build 1). The 10% M.Def reduction stacks with Ashmaw’s debuff for a combined 40% — cast it before your DPS starts their rotation to maximize total party damage output from the first second.

Oracle’s MP recovery is a genuine advantage over Cardinal. The Saint Charge passive triggers on kills and makes mana very hard to deplete. In long dungeon runs where Cardinal players are sipping potions, an Oracle with left-path investment can heal indefinitely — use this to your advantage by staying aggressive with skills.

Use Hymn of Focus in ROA parties. The accuracy and attack speed buff on gear makes a meaningful difference for physical DPS party members farming Remains of the Ancients. If you’re DPS-oriented, combine Mass Repentance spam with keeping Hymn active — you contribute damage and support simultaneously.

PvP reality check. Oracle is not a strong PvP class. In sieges, a tank build (50% VIT / 50% WIS) focused on survival and healing allies is the most effective contribution. For 1v1 situations against P.Atk players, the PvE build handles better than you’d expect — but don’t expect Oracle to dominate Crystal Altar the way a Void Mage or Slayer does.

Choose your skill tree path early. Left/first path gives higher-level healing skills and better MP recovery (Pure Healer). Middle/second path unlocks Radiant Flare’s full potential (Healer/DD). Spreading TPs across both paths weakens both builds — commit to one direction.
