What Pet Overbreeding Means
Pet overbreeding is the choice to delay evolution beyond the normal evolution threshold. The source-checked Tournament material distinguishes normal evolution from the later maximum-overbreed target: Level 50 versus Level 60 for the first evolution, and Level 100 versus Level 115 for the final evolution.
The durable planning rule is therefore simple: if maximum overbreeding is your goal, do not press the evolution option as soon as it becomes available. Continue leveling until the corresponding max-OB target is reached.

Delay an individual pet’s evolution to the documented Level 60 and Level 115 targets, then evolve through the Breeder/Summoner service.
Staging S0–S5
Combine two compatible pets of the same stage with a Soul Catalyst through the separate enhancement/staging flow. Staging success mechanics are not the same thing as evolution timing.
Pet Leveling & EXP Warning
The archived Tournament guide records an important leveling rule: a pet that is higher level than the player character will not gain normal EXP. This can matter after Reborn or after using pet-leveling services.
