🛡️ RAPPELZ GUILD MANAGEMENT GUIDE – CREATION, RANKS, LOYALTY, ALLIANCES & DUNGEON SIEGE
Guilds are the backbone of Rappelz’s end‑game and social experience. This guide covers everything from founding a guild (level 20, 100,000 Rupees), managing members via the Alt+G menu, setting up guild ranks and permissions, creating a custom logo, forming alliances with other guilds, and conquering dungeons through the Dungeon Siege system. Perfect for guild leaders and officers.

💡 GUILD LEADERSHIP TIPS
- Recruit actively: Use the world chat (/shout) and the official Discord to attract members. A guild with 50+ active players is much stronger than a large but inactive one.
- Set clear rank expectations: Define promotion criteria (e.g., “Officer = 30 days active + attended 3 sieges”). This prevents drama.
- Use the guild notice: The “Guild Announcement” (edit via Alt+G) is the best way to communicate upcoming raids, siege times, and rules.
- Train for siege: Practice defending/attacking in skirmishes. Communication wins sieges more than gear.
- Loyalty events: Organise guild hunting parties to boost loyalty points collectively. Everyone benefits.
⚠️ Important: Leaving a guild imposes a 7‑day cooldown before joining or founding another. Make sure your members are committed before inviting.
⚔️ DUNGEON SIEGE – QUICK START FOR NEW OFFICERS
- Declare: Only the Guild Leader or an officer with “Siege” permission can declare war on a dungeon. Check the siege schedule in the Guild Window (Siege tab).
- Prepare: Assign roles: attackers (focus on Crystal), defenders (protect your own Crystal), roamers (harass enemy players). Stock up on siege consumables (repair kits, buff scrolls, chips).
- Communicate: Use voice chat (Discord) and the alliance channel. Call out enemy movements and Crystal HP.
- Win: Destroy the enemy Crystal. The winning guild’s leader receives a confirmation message, and ownership transfers at the end of the siege.
- Collect taxes: Visit the dungeon entrance NPC after the siege to claim accumulated taxes (they appear in the guild warehouse).
