Rappelz Patch Notes 2026 — Updates, Fixes & History

Server maintenance 🛠️ (expect long maintenance today for new content implementing and testing, this isn't the public release yet. I'll have to test certain stuff on existing gears to make sure they work before we decide to release any news in a later phase.)

🌟 Holy Ground Templar Skill
Interval adjusted from 3 - 6 seconds

📍 Hate Aura (All Classes)
Pull range adjusted from 40 - 50 pulling all monsters in max character visible range.

👹 All Monsters Defences
Readjusted based on upcoming new open dungeon monsters and bosses:
Example:
Defence = 2073588
Magic Defence = 2472712
P.Pierce and P.Ignore removed from server buffs
-This will effect their overall armour signifintly

📝 Server sided backend changes
Effecting logs, server restart etc.

⚠️ Soulstones visual bug fix
Working on getting soulstones fixed on existing equipments

📜 🔮 Astrarot Pet
Tameable with Tournament Pet Taming Card (normal version excluding the gold star skills)
-Gold star title is incorrect will be corrected in client patch release.

Enabled guard buff to pets available through the buff NPC in Horizon or Laksy Town
Premium Pass gives higher guard buffs to pets
Reduce incoming damage by 50-70% and P/M.Res
To give them more survivability, especially for non-pet classes

As mentioned in previous posts, the 10% p.pierce/ignore should be enabled in the background, making all melee hits hit more.
We also had monsters reduce p.def to boost weaken their defense compared to magic range attacks based on m.def.

Bug solved replacing the event boss with Oforia, fixing the chain summon once killed

🎁 Pandora Boxes
Cool-down on opening boxes removed

🎫 All-in-One Teleport Pass
If the pass doesn't work, talk to a nearby NPC or relog your character and try again.

🚨 Guardian, Red/Blue Dragon's and Nusylite Armor changes
Because of a bug the changes we mentioned in the last developer changes post got reversed until futher notice

📑class-rebalance Corruptor previous changes effect also Void Mage.
Additional changes to Void Mage Class:

💨 Wind Weapon
Increased effect before 10%, now 20% Atk/Cast Speed

☄️ Meteor Shower
Effect Range increased by 100%
Projectile speed and acceleration increased by 50%
Damage significantly boosted from base skill level and skill card level

🌑 Darkness Arrow
Number of Attacks increased from 8 - 16!

⚡ Chain Lightning
Attack Range increased by 100%

💥 Heaven's Breaker
Effect Range increased by 100%
Base cool-down significantly lowered from 300 - 60 sec
Skill card level now reduces cool-down slightly more

🌀 Dark Spiral

Number of Attacks increased from 8 to 16!
Projectile speed increased by 150%
Increased Attack Range by 100%

🔥 Fire Blast
Number of attacks increased from 5 to 10!

Thanks for all the feedback, suggestions and reports. i've collected all the info i'll be priotizing stuff to be working on the list in the upcoming days/weeks ahead to improve the server. I will also pick up the open project i've been working on in the past weeks that require a lot of visual text changes of existing items and bug fixes, i had an idea to change and re-colour stuff ingame but never knew it required so much time and background editing and bug fixing to make it work like how i want it to be. I just don't want the drop the project i've spend a lot of time into, so someday i'll get it finisht and be releasing the new client patch with bug fixes. Besides this it's important to solve the stability issues we currently have with the server, so delaying a major update is needed to get this solved before releasing into public. So a lot of things to work at in this year, also remember besides the development i've also a job and things to take care of like everyone els. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
