They just closed family visitors here at some of the hospitals in The Netherlands, they might close family visitors for hospitals in your country aswell. Try to stay home as much as possible, get groceries etc for couple weeks, take your daily vitamine C intake and don't forget to take care of your family members who are vulnerable and weak, avoid being around eldery if you have any corona symptons, i'm not a doctor but if you have any questions, i'll try to answer them.
