Server & Class balancing!

The following changes, are made to work towards a re-balanced server.

To make PvP work and to prevent some classes being OP compared to all other classes.

Arena Duel/Pk Resolved.
Reverted Magic Artifact back to 40%.
Added level Requirement to warp locations.

Removed option to trade tokens for Swimsuit Decorations.
Clay boxes now available through Event NPC

Gold ingots were to easy to obtain so we decided to change the following.

We removed to trade JP for Gold ingots, and reduced the amount of gold ingots rewards from Tokens.
Jp to Gold ingot trader changed to Jp to Wcoins trader, to be able to buy armor part awakening stones.

Boss/Titan Immersed in battle Crit Power buff reduced

Old = 20/40/60 Crit Power New = 8/16/24 Crit Power

Reborn Buffs reduced overall stats:

Heaven's Blessing 20% = 5%
Master Devotion +600 = +150
Critical Power +60 = 15

Removed buff option to player with resistance to petrify/stun etc.

To stop melee classes from being OP compared to all different classes, we decided to remove the following world buffs.

To find out what is coming next in RappelzTournament, we will be posting a list of upcoming and future plans for this server.
Only major project wil be listed at the roadmap, small patches to solve bugs and changes, wil be in our weekly/biweekly patches.
To give you an idea, like adding customized new pets, expanding and unlockable skill trees, balancing classes, redesigning deathmatch/battle arena and much more.

Trap rocks around the map removed, to prevent accidentally hitting, that causes players to go into jail....
Hidden village pass cooltime increased 1 min = 15 min.

Vulcanus

Player Record time wil be resettted in our weekly maintenance.
The player with the fastest time, wil be rewarded with T-Gold Coins or ItemShop stuff.
This week reward wil be 25 T-Gold Coins!

Horizon Bosses

Replaced bosses and Gargam "Titan" spawn from Horizon to Trainee Island, (Horizon Field is now PK enabled)
Gm events boss spawn events wil stil be at Horizon Lake until further notice.
PK Disabled in Trainee Island, to make you tame, farm peacefully for bosses.

Arena Soul of Lunacy reduced chance to fear 20% = 10%

Pk Rules updated

Not following these rules wil result into warning or account bann strikes.

Added Pking not allowed during events like boss event in Horizon Lake.
Pk camping players updated, there must be 30 minutes between third and fourth pk on same player.
You can Pk players up to 2 Times max without getting reported.

Warning abusing this method wil result into bann strikes, if you get reported with multiply screens.

Pet Breeder

level booster requires = Old 10M JP = New 5M JP.
Making it free like before, causes server to lag, some players were over using this option for leveling and reskilling pets...

Item Dura

To prevent items from breaking the following measures have been taken.
All items durability is reduced below 1.000 Dura.
This wil prevent the Repair all button from breaking items, that exceeded the amount of repair points in the chargestone.

Use Master hammers, remotly repair scrolls from lost child and town blacksmiths to repair dura and items.

Improvement of following items!

Jolly Cloak = Old +2% All stats = New 4% All stats!
Golden Cloak = Old +25 All stats 10 Crit Power = New +50 All stats +20 Crit Power!
Dark deco Weapons = Old +1/2% all stats +1/2 Slots = New +2/4% All stats +2/4 Slots!

Upcoming Dragon Weapon Skins!

Had to decide to create new weapons, or just skins to make it fair for the people, who have already donated for +25 Weapons!

The Dragon Weapon skins, wil be like the Dark Weapon deco item we have ingame, this wil equip as a deco food at the right section of your gear with same stats.

Hopefully with the following changes, disconnections will be much less!

To prevent players from dcing in server boss events and fighting Titans(Bosses) because of skill graphics that become also huge on casting, we have to take action to solve this issue.
Titan/Arena Bosses size/scale reduced changed name into = Old Titan Yakros = New Boss Yakros
Tip!

Remember playing on Wifi network isn't stable enough to prevent you from dcing, so use a network cable instead!
If you can't use cable, try to buy a router with the newest mu-mimo technology, this is recommended on playing games on wifi!
Or try to disable background services, FAQ list for more info. Live scanners and background updating programs wil drain your bandwidth that cause your game to disconnect.
